OPERATION SANTA
USPS received thousands of letters addressed to Santa every holiday season. Many came from children and families in need. How could we make their holidays a little brighter? To help USPS do some good, we created a digital program from sign in to sunset page. In 2019, the letter adoption effort went nationwide and broke records by 600%.
