Square Tap to Pay

Square was known as the little white reader that revolutionized how businesses took payments. It was time for an innovation. With Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, sellers no longer needed to buy hardware for their countertops. It was already in their pocket. Now, they could take payments with just their phone. The GTM campaign spanned the globe, launching in the US, UK, Ireland, Spain, France, and Australia. As the lead writer, I crafted concepts, taglines, scripts, and messaging guidelines, partnering with PMMs and localization teams in each region. Together, we ensured our voice resonated with every international audience.
