Square Tap to Pay
Square was known as the little white reader that revolutionized payments. It was time for another innovation. With Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, sellers no longer needed to buy hardware for their countertops. It was already in their pocket. Now, they could take payments with just their phone. The GTM campaign spanned the globe, launching in the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Spain, France, Australia and Japan. As the lead writer, I crafted concepts, taglines, scripts and messaging guidelines, working with PMMs and localization teams in each region. Together, we ensured our voice resonated with every international audience.
